• Peak season, festival and weekend surcharges may apply at the time of confirmation.
• Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability; in case of non-availability, similar alternate hotels will be provided.
• Package cost is based on the base category of rooms. Any upgrade in room or hotel category will be chargeable to the guest.
• All sightseeing, ferry services and water activities are subject to weather and operational conditions.
• Complimentary services, if not utilized due to any reason, are non-refundable.
• BHARATVALLEYTOURS reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
• Guests are required to share correct names as per government-approved ID documents at the time of booking confirmation.
• Any personal expenses, optional tours, meals not mentioned in inclusions and additional services are payable directly by the guest.
• BHARATVALLEYTOURS shall not be responsible for any delay, change or cancellation caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, weather conditions or government regulations.
