The Terms and Conditions – hereinafter referred to as Terms and Conditions given here-under and on our website, the tour registration form, any other printed material and Brochures, form the basis of our agreement and understanding with you. BHARAT VALLEY TOURS is a service facilitator and & Guests require to follow policies, rules & regulations, laws & orders of visiting destination and Countries. You are requested to read, understand and sign in acceptance all the Terms and Conditions before you register yourself / family / friends for our tour as a ‘Guest’ to use our services.
Black-Out Dates : All benefits will not be valid on the following dates Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and Valentine’s Day. In case, if you would like to travel during blackout dates then 40% extra will be charged of your total package.
Modifications : BHARAT VALLEY TOURS has the right to modify/change any term and conditions without prior notice, but you will be notified by us via call, message and email.
Prices: Mentioned prices may vary depending upon date of travel, hotel availability, surge pricing and seasonal rush.
Complimentary Upgrade : In case, during your desired booking dates the required room is booked we will upgrade your room as per availability.
Check-in/Check-out : All the properties Check-in would at 1200 hrs (Noon). Early check-in and check-out for customers as per subject to availability or Extra charges.
Use of restaurants : We will provide vouchers worth discount of 10% to our guests (family) on the billing of Rs. 1500 or more. (Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian food)
Travel Insurance : Hirer and individual passengers are advised to insure themselves for those events not covered under
the Company’s Policy, for example, delay and loss of luggage. The Company can arrange additional
insurance cover on request.
BHARAT VALLEY TOURS will not be responsible for any service related issues during force majeure i.e natural calamities, during curfew, strikes and acts of terrorists or any situation which is beyond the control of Bharat Valley Tours.
Vehicles : Optional tour charges to be paid directly by the guest (if availed) , Sightseeing timings are 9 AM to 6 PM only , execeeding the timing would cost additional INR 500 per hour.
Payment Policy : Primarily, 100% payment is required for Tours, however if the client cannot pay then 25% payment on the same day of the confirmation and rest within Tours or Sharp on Pick-up Destination.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
::– Minimum Cancellation is 10% or INR 3000 whichever maximum Per Person Per Tour
::– 25% Between 45-30 Days Before Tour Departure
::– 50% Between 30-15 Days Before Tour Departure
::– 75% Between 15-05 Days Before Tour Departure
::– 100% on the Same Day & No show & 05 Days remaining.
::– Cancellation charges as % of Total Tour Cost
Note : If the payment is not received within one month then the amount will be fortified as cancellation.
Meal Plan : We are offering EP, CP, MAP and Half Board meal plans in almost all the destinations, kindly check with the sales executive before confirming your holiday. In few destinations meal plans are not applicable and you will have to purchase your own meal.
Vouchers & credit note Usage : Vouchers or credit notes issued as part of promotional offers or compensation are redeemable only towards complete BHARAT VALLEY TOURS packages, which include a combination of services such as accommodation, transport and other inclusions. Standalone hotel, transport, flight and train bookings cannot be made using these vouchers.
Note: – As per the Government directive, you are requested to produce your photo identity document such as Driving License/Voter ID Card/Passport/Ration Card at the point of check in at the hotel. We appreciate your cooperation.
: – In case of non-availability of requested hotel / hotels, we will provide accommodation in a similar category hotel / hotels.
